    Land:
    Guillaume acquired a concession of land three arpents in frontage for 500 livres on the St. Francois Coast (in the present parish of Saint-Francois of Assisi at Longue-Pointe). It had "a cottage covered with planks and a shed of stakes in the ground". He promised to pay by sawing "one hundred good planks to cover" and to deliver the load on the edge of the river before the next Easter. The balance would be paid in five annual considerations.

    Property:
    Pierre Boucher, Sieur de Grosbois and Seigneur of Boucherville chose Guillaume and his father-in-law, Olivier Charbonneau, to take care of the seigneurial farm on Ile Jesus. The farm had 45 arpents of land under cultivation, buildings, 330 sheaves of wheat, 600 bales of hay, 4 draft oxen, a farmyard, etc. This was a three year lease that they just managed to pay off and they left at the end of the lease in October 1678.

    Pierre Boucher signed an official concession to Guillaume. He was the first official inhabitant of the seigneurie.

    Land:
    The Sisters of the Congregation of Notre-Dame in Montreal ceded 60 square arpents of land to Guillaume in a domain called the Bon Pasteur on the south bank of the Ile Jesus. He had to pay a rent annually of three livres, two sols for the cens, and twenty-two minots of wheat. He would live here until 1692.
