    She was from the town of Charenton-le-Pont near Saint-Maurice, Ile-de-France. This is in the arrondissement of Creteil, department of Val-de-Marne, archdiocese of Paris.

    Immigration:
    She was brought over by Jeanne Mance on the ?i?St-Andre?/i?. They set sail on 2 July 1659. The plague broke out on the ship and they lost 10 people to the illness. They arrived in the harbor of Quebec but anchored off shore. The remaining sick were taken to the Hotel-Dieu and the other passengers were housed in Lower-Town at the Montreal warehouse. Catherine reached Montreal on 29 September.
