Land 4 Apr 1678 [5] - Jean agreed to sell his land to Raphael Giroux for 500 livres tournois to be paid in three payments. The farm included "a small house of stone, wood trimmed, with a stable at the end". Girous would provide " four days of hauling with four oxen for the clear sowing and a man to help plow what work will be done on the said land sold by the said sellers, with the consent of the said buyer, and was reserved for them, the use of the siad sold concession until the day and feast of saint Martin of this year".

Property 11 Jul 1708 [5] - Jean gave his land at the Grande-Anse, 4 arpents of frontage by 40 deep, to his son Francois. The farm included "an old house of upright logs covered with planks sixteen feet long and thirteen feet with a clay chimney". Francois would also receive: 2 oxen, 2 cows, 1 steer, 2 calves, 3 pigs, 6 hens and 1 rooster. He would pay the seigneurial cens and rents of 4 livres, 4 sols and 4 live capons. Francois would also care for his parents. His brother, Jean-Baptiste agreed to this transfer.
Property 14 Jun 1709 [5] - Before notary Etienne Janneau, Jean redivided his property. The daughters renounced their shares. Sebastien and Francois would support their brother Joseph until the age of 20. When Joseph reached the age of majority, he would have his right to his part of the land. Sebastien would inherit the northeast section and Francois the southwest. Jean and Sainte would retain the area of the garden. All children would reap the harvest of the apple trees.
Property 2 Jan 1710/11 [5] - Jean finalized the division of his property so that it would be more equitable and legal.
Property 26 Jan 1713/14 [5] - Before notary Abel Michon from Montmagny, Jean divided the remaining two pieces of land he owned. Sebastien would receive three arpents in frontage, including the buildings. Francois would get the remaining arpent of frontage, which included the old house, and would receive two other arpents of non contiguous land.
In supporting the parents, Sebastien would give them 8 rolls of linen and 50 livres in silver; Sebastien and Francois would provide them with food for three years. At the end of this period, they would both give 14 minots of wheat annually and Francois would pay 25 livres a year. Sebastien remained the owner of the buildings already built but would help Francois build a house 18 feet square and a shed 30 by 20 feet.
