    Norman P. Bunker, 85, Neenah, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center, Menasha. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., Neenah, with Fr. Richard Allen officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Monday, February 28, 2011, at the church until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established. A complete obituary will appear in the Friday, February 25, 2011 edition.

    Marion M. Bunker

    Marion Bunker, 84, Neenah, passed away after a battle with Alzheimer's at Grand Horizons in Appelton, Monday, November 22, 2010. She was born January 13, 1926, daughter of Lawrence P. and Florence (Schlichting) Mackin. Marion married Norman P. Bunker December 28, 1946, at St. Joseph Church, Appleton. She was employed with Kimberly Clark as a telephone operator. Mrs. Bunker was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah and the Catholic Daughters. She was a 30 year volunteer at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah. Marion was a former past president and member of Neenah Menasha Elks Ladies.
    Marion is survived by her husband, Norman; children: Judy (Dave) Madison, Darboy; Mark (Marilyn) Bunker, Green Bay; two grandchildren: Kari (Tom) Bechert, Chicago, Il and Aaron Madison, Darboy; a brother and sister: Tom (Eileen) Mackin, Snellville, Georgia, Lois Reimann, Iron Mountain, Michigan.
    She is preceeded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Joan.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2010 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., with Rev. Richard Allen officating. Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Friday until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
    Marion's family wishes to thank Grand Horizons and staff along with Heartland Hospice fo their loving care and compassion.

    Formerly of 423 Tenth Street, Neenah, age 95, died Monday, May 29, 1995 at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center. She was born November 11, 1899 in Menasha, the daughter of Paul and Pauline (Goll) Schultz. She married Clyde Bunker in 1921 in Escanaba, Michigan and he preceded her in death in 1950. Mrs. Bunker was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church, Menasha. She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law: Nancy and Forian Neuman, Appleton; Janet Herreman, Menasha; Barbara and Norm Bauman; Susan and Douglas Fredericks, all of Neenah; 12 grandchildren: Sharon and Jeff Crowson, Judy (David) Madison, Mark (Marilyn) Bunker, Barbara (David) DeGard, Jill (Toby) Klusmeyer, John Herreman, Todd (Shelly) Hribernik, Scott (Jackie) Hribernik, Chris (Pam) Fredericks, Jenny and Katie Fredericks; seven great-grandchildren: Kari and Aaron Madison, Margaret and Beth DeGard, Alex and Nicholas Klusmeyer, Haley Fredericks. Mrs. Bunker was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, marion Crowson; a son-in-law, Jerold Herreman; four brothers and six sisters. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 1995 at Saint Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Roy Geenen officiating. Interment will be in Saint Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Friends may call at the Kessler Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. and at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service.
    God saw she ws tired and we watched her fade away. He put His arms around her and whispered "Come with Me". Today a golden heat stopped beating, hard working hand laid to rest. Until we meet again, may God hold her in the palm of His hand.
    You will be dearly missed by your family.
