We, the undersigned, having been appointed by the Probate Court for the county of Wayne, state of Michigan, commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against said decease, do hereby give notice that we will meet at the office of Sidney T. Miller, 80 Griswold street, Detroit, Michigan, in said county, on Wednesday, the third day of October, A.D, 1894, and on Thursday, the twenty-ninth day of November, A.D. 1894, at ten o'clock a.m. of each of said days, for the pourpose of examining and allowing said claims, and that six months from the 29th day of May, A.D. 1894, were allowed by said court for creditors to present their claims to us for examination and allowance.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Wayne, ss-
At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Wayne, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Detroit, on the fourteenth day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, Present, Edgar O. Durfee, Judge of Probate, in the matter of the estate of JOSEPH SWEENEY, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Henry Valliere, the administrator of said estate, praying that he may be licensed to sell certain real estate of said deceased for the purpose of paying the debts of said estate and the charges of administrating said estate. It is ordered that the twelfth day of March next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for bearing said petition, and that all persons interested in said estate appear before said Court, at said time and place, to show cause why a license should not be granted to said administrator to sell real estate as prayed for in said petition. And it is further ordered, that a copy of the order be published three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing, in the Wayne County Legal News, a newspaper printed and circulating to said County of Wayne.
