    • Guillaume acquired a concession of land three arpents in frontage for 500 livres on the St. Francois Coast (in the present parish of Saint-Francois of Assisi at Longue-Pointe). It had "a cottage covered with planks and a shed of stakes in the ground". He promised to pay by sawing "one hundred good planks to cover" and to deliver the load on the edge of the river before the next Easter. The balance would be paid in five annual considerations.
