- Charles Huault de Montmagny, Governor-General of New France, gave permission to Guillaume Pepin, Guillaume Isabel, Pierre Lefebvre and Sebastien Dodier to clear the Isle du Milieu across from Trois-Rivieres. The isle was also called for a time the Ile a Pepin after the leader of the group Guillaume Pepin. The name today is Ile Saint-Christophe.

- Guillaume received a grant of land in the town of Trois-Rivieres from Governor-General Louis d'Ailleboust. It had seventeen toises of frontage located between Alexandre Raoul and the widow of Baptiste Bourgery. He had a house, barn and stable there in 1668.
He also receive from the governor another lot consisting of twenty square toises that was located below the Fort of Trois-Rivieres.
